Version 1.1 – October 6, 2025
BARP is a trade name of Yepyr B.V., legally registered in Breda, Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 93769792, VAT NL866521641B01).

Introduction

BARP recognizes the importance of human rights and speaks out explicitly against all forms of modern slavery, including human trafficking, forced labor, debt bondage and child labor. This statement was prepared as part of our social responsibility and transparency towards customers, partners and society.

Organizational structure

BARP is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform developed and operated by Yepyr B.V., a Dutch limited liability company based in Breda, the Netherlands.

Our activities include:

  • Development and operation of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
  • Processing and analysis of data for compliance, forensic, and research purposes.
  • Collaboration with suppliers and partners.

Position and policy

We do not tolerate any form of modern slavery or human trafficking, either within our own organization or in the chain in which we operate.

Our principles:

  • Collaboration exclusively with parties located in countries with adequate labor legislation and effective oversight, or that demonstrably adhere to similar standards.
  • Collaboration with suppliers and partners who share our values and actively implement policies to prevent human rights violations.
  • Contractual agreements establishing compliance with applicable labor, human rights and integrity standards.
  • Application of exclusion criteria in procurement when there is increased risk of human rights violations.

Due diligence and follow-up

BARP periodically monitors its direct suppliers and partners. For new collaborations, we use a risk-based assessment. If we receive signals of possible wrongdoing, we take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating cooperation.

Training and awareness

We recognize that modern slavery can occur in any supply chain, regardless of sector or organization size. Therefore, we remain vigilant for signs in our projects and with suppliers, and we actively discuss this topic within BARP. Awareness and openness about this are a structural part of our collaboration and training.
